摘要
文中对中国房地产业进行了实证分析 ,认为中国房地产业的现状是过度竞争和房地产企业的盲目过度进入。根据SCP理论框架 。
On the basis of analyzing on the current situation of the real estate business in China with positive approach, this paper concludes that the present real estate business in China is the overcompetition between firms and the blind entry of real estate enterprises into the market. Based on SCP theoretical framework, this paper puts forward some measures for optimizing the market structures in real estate business
