On Knowledge Economy and Knowledge People

随着社会文明的发展 ,人类走上了通往知识经济之路。知识人是指拥有先进的科技知识和良好的人文素质 ,具备现代人格 ,在知识经济社会中发挥主要作用 ,并能使自身不断发展的人。文中着重论述了知识经济对知识人的素质要求 ,以及培养、塑造知识人的途径。

With the development of human civilization, man has gone on the way to knowledge economy. Knowledge people refer to those who possess advanced scientific technological knowledge, humanistic qualities, and modern personality, who can play dominant role in the society of knowledge economy, and who can develop themselves continuously. This paper emphatically discusses the requirement of knowledge economy for knowledge people and the ways as to how to cultivate knowledge people.
