Problems, Causes and Countermeasures in Assessment for Anti-poverty Investment Project in the Southwest

西南地区扶贫工作成败的关键在于扶贫投资项目效益的实现,而在西南地区的扶贫投资项目实践中却表现出项目评价工作的种种不足与缺陷。笔者通过对西南地区扶贫投资项目实施中表现出的在项目评价上存在的问题及其原因的分析,提出完善西南地区扶贫投资项目评价的建议。

The key to the success of anti-poverty activities in the Southwest lies in the realization of the benefit of anti-poverty investment projects. But in the practice of the anti-poverty investment project in the Southwestern area, there are some problems and defects in the project assessment. This paper puts forward the suggestions to perfect the anti-poverty investment project assessment based on the analysis on the problems in implementing the anti-poverty investment project in the southwest and their causes.
