为应对社会发展和教育体制改革,贯彻开放式思想教育理念,提出建立稳健发展的学生思想教育管理体系。该体系包括基于目标管理的基本思想,以人为本,可持续发展的管理观念,依制办事,分级管理方式和利用计算机技术的现代化管理手段。

In order to cope with social development and the reform of educational system and to carry out the concept of open ideological education, this paper puts forward the establishment of steadily-developing management system for students' ideological education. The system includes the objective-based basic ideas, the management concept of man-oriented and sustainable development, doing things according to rules, the hierarchical management method, and modern means of management with computers.
