This paper explores the connections between 'two-class' education and quality education in the new era. It holds that it must be made clear that 'two-class' education must play a leading role in quality education and it puts forward the objectives and tasks to strengthen 'two-class' education, to improve the quality of teachers of 'two-class' education, to promote quality education.
