乳腺癌术后病人婚姻质量状况及其影响因素的研究

Study on quality of marital life of patients with breast cancer after operation and related factors

目的了解乳腺癌病人术后婚姻质量状况,并分析其影响因素。方法对100例术后3个月以上的乳腺癌病人进行调查,采用自设问卷以及Olson婚姻质量问卷进行资料收集。结果婚姻满意度得分(38.00±5.67)分,夫妻交流得分(37.99±5.70)分,性生活得分(39.09±5.71)分。多元回归分析发现婚姻满意度与手术方式有关(R=0.38,P<0.01),夫妻交流与手术方式及是否参与家务劳动有关(R=0.32,P<0.01),性生活与手术方式以及是否参与家务劳动有关(R=0.52,P<0.01)。结论手术方式是影响病人术后婚姻质量的重要因素,保乳手术病人的婚姻质量高于非保乳手术的病人。此外,鼓励病人参与家务活动可能有利于其婚姻质量的提高。

Objective To investigate quality of marital life of patients with breast cancer after operation and analyze the related factors.Methods 100 patients who suffered breast cancer and received the operation before 3 months were investigated by Olson's ENRICH and self-designed questionnaire.Results The score of satisfaction of marital life was(38.00±5.67).The score of communication between patients and their spouses and quality of sexuality were(37.99±5.70) and(39.09±5.71).By multiple regression analysis,it was show that the relationship existed in marry satisfaction and operation pattern(R=0.38,P<0.01),couple's communication and operation pattern and whether do housework or not(R=0.32,P<0.01),sexuality life and operation pattern and whether do housework(R=0.52,P<0.01).Conclusions In the patients with breast cancer,operation pattern is an important factors on their marital quality after the operation.After the operation,the patients who maintained breast have higher marital quality than those who did not maintained breast.Encourage the patients to do housework may be helpful for promoting their quality of marital life.
