摘要 目的 了解临床护士的工作授能水平,分析人口学特征对工作授能的影响及分析工作授能结构之间的相互关系.方法 采取分层抽样方法抽取177例临床护士,采用工作效能条件量表(CWEQ-Ⅱ)进行问卷调查.结果 护士的工作授能水平在中度以上(M=2.831~3.459),工作授能的6个维度之间呈正相关关系(r=0.373~0.594);护士年龄、护龄和工作科室不同时,对工作授能水平影响存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 管理者可通过构建授能性工作环境,提高护士的工作授能认知水平,从而以更高的效率实现组织目标. Objective To investigate the level of workplace empowerment of clinical nurses,to analyze the effect of different demographic variables on workplace empowerment and to analyze the relationship among the six aspects of structural workplace empowerment.Methods An experimental design was used to test the model in a random sample of 177 clinical nurses chosen according to the stratified sampling. The Condition of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire(CWEQ-Ⅱ) was used to measure the major study variables.Results The total level of clinical nurse's workplace empowerment was middle and above(M=2.831-3.459).There was a strong positive relationship among the six aspects of structural empowerment(r=0.373-0.594).There were significant differences between workplace empowerment and age,seniority as well as medical specialty area(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions Nurse manager should take effective strategies to build up the structural empowerment in their workplace aiming at these correlative factors and improve the cognitive level of work empowerment of the nurses,so as to achieve the organizational goal in a more efficient way.
