呼吸内科住院病人睡眠状况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and related factors analysis of sleeping quality of inpatient in respiratory department

目的了解呼吸内科住院病人的睡眠状况及其影响因素,并制定出相应的护理措施。方法采取睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)对108例呼吸内科住院病人进行问卷调查。结果78.70%的呼吸内科住院病人存在不同程度的失眠,显著高于全国常模(P<0.01)。睡眠问题主要为入睡困难、睡眠不稳、早醒、失眠后反应。其主要的影响因素为环境及生活习惯的改变、身体不适、病床不适、噪声及灯光、担心病情及费用、睡眠颠倒、药物不良反应等。结论呼吸内科住院病人大多数存在不同程度的睡眠问题,应引起医护人员的高度重视,积极采取有效措施,减少失眠率,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To understand the sleeping quality of inpatients in respiratory department and the related factors, then set down the related nursing methods. Methods 108 inpatients in respiratory department were investigated by SRSS. Results Among 108 patients, 78.70% of them had different degree of insomnia and the percent was significantly higher than that of national normal mode (P< 0.01). The main sleeping problems of 108 inpatients included difficulty of falling sleep, unstable sleep, early wake and post-insomnia reaction. The main related factors of the patients’ insomnia were the changes of living habits and environment, physiologic discomfort, uncomforting sick-bed, noise and light, worrying about disease condition and fee, sleeping reversal, side-effect of medicine and so on. Conclusions Sleeping problems exist in most of inpatients in respiratory department, so it should be focused on by medical workers. Doctors and nurses should take positive measures to reduce the occurring rate of insomnia and promote the patients’ sleeping quality.
