对老年心血管住院病人陪护者健康教育的探讨

Effect of Health education on caregiver of aged patient in hospital with hypertensive heart disease

目的了解老年高血压心脏病人陪护者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况,以便有针对性地进行指导,达到陪护者学会正确观察一般的生命体征,使老年患者得到更科学的照顾。方法对30例住院期间老年高血压心脏病人陪护者进行一对一访谈指导,并采用问卷和访谈法收集资料。结果陪护者对病情观察技术及相关知识表现缺乏,经指导后有不同程度的提高。结论有必要根据病人和陪护者具体情况对陪护者进行指导,通过健康教育可使陪护者提高疾病观察技术和护理知识。

Objective To investigate the knowledge status about hypertensive heart disease among caregivers who subsequently receive the training of observing vital signs,in order to properly care for aged patient.Methods 30 caregivers were interviewed one by one and answered the questionnaire.Results Caregivers were lack of knowledge of the disease and of the skills for observation.Both of these had been improved after receiving a systematic education.Conclusions It is necessary for patients and caregivers to get the training about the knowledge of hypertensive heart disease.Health education can increase the nursing knowledge and improve the observing skill of caregivers.
