冠状动脉造影术后应用血管封堵器的疗效及护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨采用Angio-Seal经皮血管封堵器行冠状动脉造影术后股动脉穿刺点止血的疗效及术后护理.方法 215例采用Angio-Seal经皮血管封堵器行冠状动脉造影术后股动脉穿刺点止血患者及同期217例行常规压迫止血患者的术后护理及术后并发症进行比较.结果 采用Angio-Seal经皮血管封堵器术后康复时间短、并发症少.结论 Angio-Seal经皮血管封管器安全、可靠,明显缩短止血时间及制动时间,无明显的穿刺部位血管并发症.
