对高龄患者病号服的改进 被引量：2

摘要 　　在对高龄患者的护理过程中,发现传统病号服存在着两大弊端,其一是在护士进行治疗时不便操作,如需经三角肌注射药物或经外周静脉、中心静脉置管PICC输液的高龄患者,穿脱衣袖不方便,且易造成患者受凉;需定时监测血压的患者,因受衣袖的阻碍影响测量的准确性;慢性肾功能衰竭的高龄患者需长期血液透析而留置的动静脉瘘因受衣袖的阻碍,血流缓慢,可能影响透析效果,甚至内瘘血栓形成[1].……
