In this paper the author hold that we have to deal with the different relations correctly in the devel- opment of the higher professional education under the guide of the scientific philosophy of development。Only had we adhere to such philosophy of development,the overall,coordinated and sustainable development goal in the higher professional education would have been achieved in China.
