摘要
采用布里奇曼法在 Ar气气氛中于石英坩锅内合成了 Pb Te单晶 ,并运用真空蒸镀法制成了其多晶薄膜 ,测试了它们的伏安特性、热电特性、光电导效应 .实验发现 :所合成的 Pb Te单晶是 P型半导体 ,对可见光较敏感 ;Pb Te薄膜及单晶的温差电动势具有相同的数量级 ,均具有显著的热电效应 .
PbTe single crystals were grown by Bridgman method, its thin films have been prepared by vacuum deposition, the electrical conductivity, thermoelectric coefficient and photo-conduction were measured. PbTe single crystals were reported to be a P-type semiconductor, they have sensitivity to visible light, its single crystals and films have significant thermoelectrical effect.
