摘要 啤酒发酵过程测控系统是一个集散型单主机多测控单元的网络系统 .在硬件的基础上 ,采用 Delphi语言制作了测控系统软件 ,实现了在啤酒发酵过程中对发酵温度及罐内压力的实时测量与控制 ,并可对当前采集数据进行多种显示 ,对历史数据进行存储和打印 .实际运行结果表明 ,该系统稳定可靠 。 The measurement and control system in beer fermentation process is a distributed control system. It consists of a computer called host and a lot of intellective units of the measurement and control. The system software is programmed in Delphi language. By means of the system software based on the hardware, it is realized that the temperature and pressure in beer tin are measured and controlled timely in a beer fermentation process, that the current collecting data is displayed in many ways, and that the history data is printed and saved. The running results show that the system is stable and reliable. In addition, it can improve the quality of beer.
