负重轮非线性有限元力学分析及建模研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了负重轮的三种三维有限元力学模型 ,在考虑三重非线性的情况下 ,用 ANSYS有限元分析软件计算了负重轮的应力应变分布。通过对比三种模型的计算结果 ,分析了它的应用条件并总结出建立负重轮有限元力学分析模型的方法。 Three kinds of 3-D finite element mechanical analysis models of the road wheel are established. Under the condition of three kinds of nonlinearity the stress and strain distribution of the road wheel is calculated with finite element analysis software ANSYS.With the three kinds of models the calculated results of maximum stress and strain are contrasted, the conditions of application of the three models is analyzed and the method of establishing finite element mechanical analysis model of the road wheel is generalized.
