摘要
以WG -0 .15 -10 0 -1/KGPS -10 0 -1中频感应电炉改造为例 ,说明通过提高中频感应电炉功率质量比 ,可使熔化速度提高、熔化时间缩短 。
A method for improving power-mass ratio by reforming me dium frequ ency coreless induction furnace of WG-0.15-100-1/KGPS-100-1 is proposed.The results show that melting rate is increased and melting time is shortened.Alloy elements loss and energy consumption are decreased
