摘要 针对卧式冷室压铸机压室的工作环境 ,提出三种不同的热传递数学模型。使用ABAQUS软件模拟压室在工作过程中的二维温度分布的几何变形状况。对比模拟和试验结果 。 Three heat transfer mathematical models are given based o n working condition of horizontal cold chamber die casting machine.Geometrical def ormation of 2-D temperature distribution during shot sleeve working is simulate d by ABAQUS software.By comparison between simulation and experimental results,o ptimizing mathematical model has been made.
