鄂西三峡库区移民区水土流失防治对策

Soil and Water Conservation Countermeasure in Migrants Resettled Area of Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Exi

通过分析鄂西三峡库区的自然环境特征、移民区水土流失特点、存在的水土流失形式及其形成原因 ,提出了鄂西三峡库区移民区的水土流失防治对策。结合陡坡开垦、移民开发需求、自然环境不利等因素 ,针对不同形式的水土流失 ,提出了认真贯彻执行国家的移民政策 ,妥善安置移民、加强迁建过程中的水土保持措施配置 ,发展生态农业 ,提高水土资源时空利用率和加强坡耕地退耕还林等水土流失防治对策 ,为鄂西三峡库区移民区生态环境规划及实施提供参考依据。

This paper analyzed environment character of Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Exi, soil and water loss specialties, formats and coming into being causes, and according steep slope land being cultivated, demand of migrants being resettled, environmental disadvantages, brought forward soil and water conservation countermeasures, such as, earnestly carrying out policy to resettle migrants properly, configure soil and water conservation measures in course of moving and construction, developing eco-agriculture to heighten efficient of utilizing water and soil resource, reinforcing studying countermeasure of reforestation in steep slope cultivated land etc, to provide reference for environment programming and implementing.
