钻井施工企业标准化工作的重点和难点辨析

针对钻井施工企业中标准贯彻实施的重点和难点进行了剖析 ,特别是对钻井施工中的一些技术标准如何纳入到技术文件中去执行提出了一些新办法。同时加大了考核力度 ,钻井队实行单井兑现 ,后勤服务单位实行百分制考核 ,并将考核成绩在“钻井技术监督公报”中予以通报。提高全员标准化意识 ,使标准真正成为技术工作的科学依据 ,确保钻井工程的施工质量。

After analyzing the focal and difficult point of standardization in drilling enterprises,this paper suggests some new ways to implement technical standards in form of technical documents.Check-up systems such as well-by-well assessment for drilling teams, percentage examination for service companies, and announcement of checking results should be enhanced so as to raise the staff's awareness of standardization and guarantee the quality of drilling projects.
