摘要
我国封建法制史上承上启下的《唐律》,由于确立了适应当时社会的立法原则,形成了其特有的立法特点,并在历史上产生了深远的影响,从而成为世界封建法律法典中的典范。
Our country feudalism legal system the history of the Tang Dynastical Law,because of the establish- ment is adequate for that time society of legislation peculiarity,became its special legislation specific,and Tang Code has a profound effect on Chinese feudal history of rule of law,from but become the world feudalism law the model in the code of laws.
