试论中国法治的价值取向问题

On Value-orientation of China's Legal System

要实行依法治国 ,建设法治国家 ,必须有理性的价值导向。本文认为 ,社会主义法治应是价值理念、制度和运作的统一 。

Governing a country according to law & building a country with legal system need rational value-orientation. Socialist legal system should be the unity of the concept , system & application of the value, and the value-orientation of socialist legal system should take constitutionalism & democracy as its core.
