垄断是市场经济发展的必然产物 ,它的出现具有严重的社会危害性。我国市场经济发展到今天 ,也不可避免地产生了垄断。但我国现有的反垄断法律、法规和规章较分散且层次较低 ,已不适应形势的要求。制定一部反垄断法法典已是迫在眉睫 。

Monopoly, the outcome of market economy, is harmful to the society.Inevitably, there also exists monopoly in our present market economy.Being immature, our country's anti-monopoly laws & regulations do not apply to the the present situation.It is extremely urgent and also of great legal value to compile an anti-monopoly statute book.
