现代市场经济并不是单纯的自由竞争 ,它需要有序化和制度化 ,这就需要通过一系列具体的法律制度来实现。只有具备合理而完备的法律前提 ,才能发挥市场经济有效配置资源的功能 ;

The modern market economy is not mere free competition, it needs sequence & system, which requires realizing through a series of detailed system of law. Only by possessing perfect law can the resources of market economy be optimized. That is to say, market economy means legality economy.
