论哲学和宗教的关系

On the Relation between Philosophy and Religion

哲学以理智为基础 ,宗教以虚幻和寄托为特征 ,邪教以愚昧和反社会、反人类为本质。哲学既是以宗教为先导 ,又是对宗教的批判和超越。两者既有联系 ,又有本质的区别。我们应该用马克思主义哲学武装头脑 ,坚持科学的哲学方法和原则 ,保障公民的宗教信仰自由 ,坚决运用思想的和法律的方法破除封建迷信 。

Philosophy is based wisdom, religions on spiritual entrustment, evil doctrines on folly and anti-social and anti-human nature. Philosophy is preceded by religions and rises above them. We should adhere to Marxism and to the philosophical methods and principles in science in the protection of people's freedom of faith and in the application of ideological and law methods against evil creeds.
