摘要
江泽民同志以德治国思想的提出 ,是在新的历史条件下 ,对中国传统文化的继承和发展 ,是对社会主义精神文明建设理论的创新 。
Conmrade Jiang Zemin's proposal of governing the country with morality is the inheritance & development of the Chinese traditional culture under the new historical condition. It is also the renovation of the theory of socialist spiritual civilization construction and the enrichment & development of Marx's state theory.
