On Overall-ability Education

随着知识经济的到来和经济全球化的推进 ,人们对教育的认识又进入到一个新的层次 ,素质教育的提出和积极实践 ,不仅有利于提高人口的整体素质 ,而且发展和丰富了教育理论。而素质教育自身也在不断地延伸其外延 ,丰富其内涵 。

With the coming of knowledge economy & the development of economic globalization, people's understanding of education has come to a new stage. The proposition and positive practice of overall-ability education are beneficial not only to the improvement of population quality but also to the development & enrichment of educational theory. Overall-ability education itself keeps extending & getting enriched, and its position and function will protrude more and more obviously.
