摘要
要加快云南贫困山区经济的发展 ,必须进一步解放思想、更新观念 ;加强基础设施建设 ,切实改善生产条件 ;因地制宜 ,培育优势产业 ,优先发展立体农业 ;加大科技扶贫的力度 ,努力提高生产者的素质 ,只有这样 ,才能使云南贫困山区经济社会的发展上一个新台阶。
A quickened development of the economy in the poor areas in Yunnan Province requires the further liberation of ideology, the construction of the basic facilities, the improvement of the working conditions, the proper distribution of the advantageous industry, a tridimensional agriculture, scientific and technological aids, and the improvement of the peasants' qualities.
