责任编辑是学报质量高低的关键 ,策划选题和精心编审又是责编工作的重要环节 ,一个称职的责编应具有理论辩证思维能力 ,选题策划能力 ,文字驾驭能力和社会活动能力 ,进而还需具有抓经济效益的能力。
Edit responsible is the key to the high-quality college journal, and the scheme & the careful reading & edit are the important links to edit responsible. A competent editor responsible must posses the ability in dialectical thinking, scheming, wording, social activity and the improvement of economic efficiency.
