当前经济发展呈现出全球化、一体化趋势 ,各国已充分认识到政府作为一独特的经济组织 ,扮演着重要的经济角色。我国自 1997年下半年以来 ,通过发挥政府干预经济的巨大作用 ,以客观事实证明了在我国这样一个社会主义国家 。

The globalization of economic development makes all countries fully become aware of the role of the government as a unique & important economic organizer. The intervention of economy from the government which has been done in China since 1997 produces great effect and proves that it is necessary & important to reinforce the active intervention of economy from the government in socialist China.
