试论社会转型期精神文明的建设——兼论两个文明建设的关系

The Construction of Spiritual Civilization at the Transitional Period of the Society

本文通过对社会转型期精神文明建设的特殊地位的阐述 ,透过精神文明建设中有代表性的几种观点的剖析 ,认为在从计划经济向社会主义市场经济的转型期 ,应认真对待精神领域中出现的新问题。精神文明建设应破旧立新 ,以立为本 ,构建一种新的价值观 ,强化其为社会主义市场经济的服务功能 。

Expounding the special position of spiritual civilization at the transitional period of the society & analyzing some representative points of view on spiritual civilization construction, this paper points out that we should seriously cope with the newly-arising problems in spiritual field, and that spiritual civilization construction should break up the old ideas to set up a new concept of value so as to impel the overall development of the society.
