America's Policy to South China Sea & China's State Safety Environment

冷战结束以来 ,美国着手调整其南中国海政策 ,逐步增强在该地区的军事渗透力度 ,整合其对中国防范、遏制的“岛屿锁链”。美国介入南中国海问题极大地恶化了我国的安全环境 ,使中美在新世纪发生军事摩擦的可能性增大。然而 ,中美两国在南海问题上的矛盾并非不可调和 ,双方理应从中美关系的全局出发 。

This worsens the environment of our country's state safety environment and increases the possibility of Sino-US military brush.
