摘要
“以情动人”、“以理服人”是思想政治工作应遵循的基本原则。在高校学生教育管理工作中 ,合理地渗透情感因素 ,将给制度化、规范化、科学化的管理带来生机与活力 ,产生民主和谐的氛围 。
The ideological work always follows the principles of "moving students with emotion" & "persuading students with truth". Permeating the factor of emotion rationally in students' educational management will bring vigor & vitality to the institutionalized, standardized & scientific management, produce democratic & harmonious atmosphere and improve the effect of management.
