摘要
初中是人生教育的关键时期 ,学校应是德育的主阵地 ;在德育的创新工作中 ,营造良好的育人环境及培养师德是关键 ,同时还应发挥好社区共建的作用。
Junior middle school is a person's key phase, so the school should create a benign environment for education, foster students' moral quality and co-operate with the community in moral education.
