通过对网络课程特点的分析和概括 ,总结了网络课程设计与开发的过程模式 ,提出了网络课程开发的原则以及网络课程的评价方法 .
The analyses & summary of the features of web courses reveal the process model of the web courses designation & development, and put up the principle of developing the web courses & the way of evaluating the web courses.
