摘要
木桶的最大容量取决于桶身上最短的那片木条。经济发展也是如此 ,只有占经济总量绝大部分的传统产业 (即短木条 )都能尽快发展 ,由短变长 ,区域经济的总体实力才能得到根本的增强。
The maximum capacity of a cask depends on its shortest batten. The same case is found in economy because only when the overwhelming majority of industries of economic gross (batten) develop as fast as possible(the batten grows longer) can the overall strength of regional economy be ultimately reinforced.
