冷战后东盟安全合作的深化及其对我国南中国海安全环境的影响

ASEAN's Increasing Co-operation in Safety after Cold War & Its Impact on The South China Sea's Safe Environment

冷战结束后 ,东盟安全合作进程明显加快 ,具体表现在合作安全观的形成、东盟地区论坛的创建和大国平衡战略的实施 3个层面上。东盟安全合作在客观上有利于维护地区安全环境的和平与稳定 ,但也给南中国海问题的和平解决带来了许多新的问题。我们应当制定正确的应对措施 ,以争取建立有利己的周边安全环境。

After Cold War there has been obviously increasing co-operation of ASEAN, including the formation of safety outlook of cooperation, the establishment of ASEAN forum and the implementation of great powers' balance strategy. Objectively, ASEAN's safety cooperation is propitious to the peace & stabilization of the local area, but it also poses new problems to the peaceful solution of south China sea. We should stipulate corresponding measures to guarantee the safe environment of our bordering area.
