摘要
婚姻家庭的本质、法律与道德的关系决定婚姻家庭关系需要法律和道德共同调控 ;单一的规范不能胜任调整现代复杂的婚姻家庭关系的重任 ,在建设法治的同时应保留我国道德文化中的精华。
The nature of marriage & the relationship between law & morality determines that the marriage should be regulated & controlled by law & morality. Because these two devices should go together so as to effectively regulate the modern complicated marriage, we should retain the elite of China's moral culture while perfecting law.
