玉溪市个体私营经济自改革开放以来得到了长足的发展 ,规模总量不断增加。但是 ,与此同时也存在政策落实不到位、扶持力度减弱等诸多问题。为进一步推动玉溪个体私营经济的发展 ,需要着力解决好以下几个问题 :1.进一步解放思想、提高认识、明确任务 ;2 .加大政策扶持力度 ;3.创造良好的投资环境 ;4 .建立和完善融资担保机构 ;5 .解决好企业用地问题 ;6 .抓好个体、私营经济园区建设。
