Reconsideration of the Economic Backwardness in Yunnan’s Minority Districts

“孤岛”状的地理空间区位 ,较差的“可进入”性 ,是云南少数民族地区经济落后的主要原因。要改变这种状况 ,首先要加强基础设施建设 ;其次要狠抓农业生产 ;其三要强化人力投资 ;其四要积极推进经济体制改革。

The economic backwardness in the minority areas of Yunnan can be ascribed to the geographical isolation and poor accessibility. It is, through our investigation, concluded that further economic development in those areas will require construction of the basic facilities, powerful stimulation on agriculture, reinforced investment in terms of manpower and active advocation of the reform of the economic system.
