摘要
从语言的交际功能和语境的角度讨论了英语语法教学。首先引介语境及其与语篇关系 ,然后探讨其在教学中的应用。通过利用J .R .Firth关于语境的理论结合教学分析讨论了语境对于语法教学的意义。旨在改变英语语法教学的理念 ,培养学生的英语交际能力 。
The article gives a brief introduction to context and the application of its methods and patterns in teaching English. It firstly surveys context and its relationship with discourse. It then deals with the application of context to our actual grammar practice. By employing J.R. Firth’s theory of context, the author focuses on analyzing grammar teaching from the point of view of context with the hope that it will benefit both teachers and students
