关于玉溪市“普及高中阶段教育”问题的调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis of Senior Middle School Education Popularization in Yuxi

采用问卷结合座谈的调查方法 ,对玉溪市中学的教师、教育管理者、学生及其家长进行了调查。分析结果表明 ,玉溪市中学生普遍具有强烈的升学愿望 ,绝大多数家长和教师也希望他们的孩子或学生进入高中学习 ;玉溪市普及高中阶段教育的关键问题是资金和师资 ,而玉溪市民在政策允许的情况下大多数愿意投资教育 ,玉溪市的中学教师在工资和福利有保证、政策明朗的情况下也愿意去民办高中任教 ,等等。由此得出 :玉溪市普及高中阶段教育是必要的、可能的 。
