对玉溪工业化发展问题的思考

Some Thoughts on the Industrialization in Yuxi

由于资金投入少 ,第二产业劳动力投入量的变化不大等原因 ,使得玉溪市经济发展总体上还处于工业化初期阶段。从这个实际出发 ,在加快玉溪市工业化进程中我们应该做到 :积极调整产业结构 ,借助外力推动玉溪工业加快发展 ,依靠人才和科技求发展 ,加快城市化步伐 ,使社会经济与环境、资源和人口协调发展。

For lack of investment and labor input in the second industry, the economy in Yuxi on the whole is still at the beginning of industrialization. To speed up this process we need to: actively re-adjust the industrial structure, make use of outer forces, rely on talents and technical development, accelerate urbanization, and keep a coordinated development of social economy, resources and population.
