重视行政伦理建设是中国历来的传统,也是传统社会反腐败的重要途径。当代中国的行政伦理建设呈现出一些不同于以往的特点.其中很重要的一点是伦理法制化,这既是制度反腐败的要求,也必然会对反腐败起到巨大的推动作用。当代中国的行政伦理法制化取得了重大进展,必将对反腐败发挥重要的制度作用,但也存在着很多问题,需要进一步改善。

China has the tradition to lay emphasis on the ethics of administration as a way to prevent corruption. The contemporary building of administrative ethics is different from the past. One of the major differences is legalization of ethics, which is the result of institutional anti-corruption and which in turn will greatly promote anti corruption effect.
