The Basis for Sustainable Development in Yunnan's Ethnic minority Areas

可持续发展的指标体系由基础系统、协调系统和潜力系统三个方面组成,其中最重要的是基础系统。从总体上看,云南少数民族地区可持续发展的基础好、潜力大,但协调性较差,人口素质低,因此其可持续发展的总体状态在全国排名偏低。一旦其协调问题和人口素质问题得以解决,云南少数民族地区的可持续发展便会有基础保障。

The index for sustainable development is composed of three systems: the basis,the coordination,and the potential.The basis system is of the first importance.In general,Yunnan minority group areas boast a sound basis with great potential but suffer from a poor coordination,as the population quality is rather low,which results in the low ranking of the province in the country.Sustainable development will be better quarantined with improved coordination and population quality.
