摘要
民国初年的劳资关系史远比目前的认识丰富。民初天津鞋业的两起劳资纠纷显示了当时劳方、资方、官方的三方互动以及在纠纷解决的过程中对立的双方都尽力寻求并扩大了自己的支援网络,这种支援网络力量对比的变化促使双方由趋于对抗走向了趋于对话,官方的力量的确更多地支援了资方,但其态度是应势而变的。
