中华苏维埃共和国成立后,十分重视制度建设,建立了群众民主监督制度、党政监察制度、财政管理制度,形成了以党政监察为主体,专业性监察部门和群众性监察组织相结合的廉政制度体系。苏维埃廉政制度建设保持了党和政府的清正廉洁,赢得了人民的真心拥戴,对革命根据地的巩固发展起了十分重要的作用;同时,积累了丰富的经验,对目前进行的廉政建设有着深刻的启迪。

The Chinese Soviet Republic set up a democratic supervisory system in which party and government supervisions were complemented with mass supervision and professional supervision. This system ensured the cleanness of the party and government to win the support of the general public and thus made great contribution to the consolidation the revolutionary base.
