摘要
虚拟财产是一种独立的新型财产,说它是财产是因为它也有价值,说它是独立的新型财产是因为它具有独特性,不能等同于无形财产和有形财产。对虚拟财产保护的主要目的是保障网络的良性发展,因此建立虚拟财产保护法律体系是必要的。而把虚拟财产划为独立于有形财产和无形财产的新型财产更有利于针对它的独特性制定虚拟财产保护法。
Virtual property is an independent new type of property: it has value and it has distinctive features that are different form material property and formless property. Legal protection of virtual protection is aimed at the healthy development of network. It is necessary to set up a legal system to protect virtual property. And establish it as an independent type of property will better meet its uniqueness in the legal system
