The Interior Knowledge: A New Visual Angle of Teacher's Education

与外显知识相比较,内隐知识具有个体性、直觉性、自动性、即时性、非系统性、情境性、文化性、层次性等特点。内隐知识事实上支配着人们的整个认识活动。内隐知识的研究启示和促使我们重新审视和深刻反思我们的教师教育工作,有针对性地采取切实措施提高教师教育的质量和实效。

Compared to the exterior knowledge, the interior knowledge has such natures as individuality, instinct, automatism, improvisation, non-system, culture, and gradation, etc, which dominate the whole cognitive activities of human. The study of the interior knowledge makes us reexamine and reconsider our educational work, so we can take pertinent measures to improve the quality and effect of teacher's education.
