对人类本质的认识,是任何企业管理活动的前提。人类进入知识经济时代,人性的研究仍然有时代意义。适应“知识社会”管理的需要,确立“价值人”假设,是对以往的“政治人”、“经济人”假设的超越。当今我国企业面临困境的主要原因是企业管理理念的落后,因此反思人事管理的弊端,重构新型的人力资源管理理念是企业振兴的关键。

Tounderstand the human nature is the prem ise for any business management. As we enter the knowledge-economy, the establishment of the ' value-man' hypothesis will transcend the outdated ' politics- man' and ' economy-man' 's hypothesis. At present, the backward business management is the main cause of business d ifficulties. The key to business vigorous development is to reconsider the shortcom ings of personnelman- agement and rebuild the management of human resources.
