对我国家庭暴力问题的几点思考

On the Family Violence in China

家庭暴力是一个世界性的问题,就我国而言,男尊女卑、父权制的封建陋习造成家庭暴力的受害者多为女性,故本文通过对家庭暴力现状、成因和危害的分析,结合新《婚姻法》及《新婚姻法条文解释》的有关规定,力图探素解决我国家庭暴力问题的有力途径。

The violence in families is a worldly question. In China, it is obviously and mainly for women to suffer from the violence in families due to the feudal morality of men being superior to women and patriarchy. Thus, this paper analyzes its present situation, causes and harmfulness and then try to find powerful measures to solve the problem based on "Marriage Law" and "Expenses of Articles in new Maniage Law".
